MileageClaim is a web application that helps UK small businesses, directors, sole traders, and contractors track business mileage and generate reports. It is operated by Companies999 Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

2. Your account

  • You must be 18 or over to create an account
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure
  • You must not share your account with others
  • You must provide accurate information when registering

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Enter false or fraudulent mileage records
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

4. Mileage rates and tax advice

MileageClaim applies HMRC Approved Mileage Allowance Payment (AMAP) rates as a convenience. These rates may change and it is your responsibility to ensure the rates used are correct for your circumstances.

MileageClaim does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified accountant or tax adviser for advice specific to your situation.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep MileageClaim available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance or updates that result in temporary downtime.

6. Limitation of liability

MileageClaim is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or inaccuracy arising from the use of the service, including reliance on mileage calculations for tax purposes.
